About the event
In this presentation we will discuss Rosh HaShanah as a time of accountability and teshuvah [return, repentance] and the corresponding symbolism of the shofar. Then, we will share a couple of Sephardic stories: ‘A shofar by another name’ and ‘A New Year in a New World’. Finally, we discuss a very unique Sephardic tradition: The Rosh HaShanah Seder.
